 Purchasing

Depending on availability, purchases may be made directly through www.MediaMidget.com.

Online purchases from this website may be made by anyone, for delivery to a billing address, as registered with the clients' credit card company. We are unable to deliver online purchases to non-registered addresses at this time, but invite our clients to visit our website at www.MediaMidget.com. Immediately after an order has been submitted, an automated sales invoice will be forwarded to the email provided to us during the order process. This sales invoice should be retained for any future references. Without this receipt, we may not be able to validate your purchase, and accordingly, may not be able to proceed with any requests.

 

Product Availability

All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. Should a product not be available, and remains so for fourteen (14) days, the order will be cancelled and voided. Customers are advised to take this into consideration during the order process and/or contact our customer services to clarify availability. Each client may make online purchases of up to four items per style, but no greater than a value of $500.00 USD.

Title to any products you order on this website, and its associated risk of loss, damage or return (due to failure of receipt of by customer) of the product, PASSES TO YOU at the point of shipment of the products with our shipping agent. We are no longer responsible for compensation, refunds or replacements after this point in time,

 

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to support@MediaMidget.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

 

Shipping and Delivery

For security reasons, MediaMidget online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card. All purchases are shipped with one of our shipping agents. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to five BUSINESS days to process your order for shipment, in addition up to approximately fourteen BUSINESS days for delivery. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. MediaMidget cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and MediaMidget WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for returned orders due in part by customer negligence (refer to Product Availability).

 

Tracking

We will email a sales invoice immediately after your order is placed to confirm your purchase was accepted for processing.

To ensure the security of your delivery, we are unable to provide you with details on our communications with shipping agent(s). However, we do provide tracking numbers upon request, and maintain tracking numbers for each delivery. At times, there may be an error in providing this information to customers. As this information is provided to us by our shipping agents, customers may submit another request for further clarification. We are not liable and/or responsible for any losses or damages that may arise given such an occurrence. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a MediaMidget customer support member will be pleased to assist you via email at support@mediamidget.com.

 

Refund and Exchanges

Products purchased on our web site may be returned within 15 days for a refund or exchange. The products must be unused and in original packaging. Products found to be defective will be considered according to the manufacturer's specifications. We accept only merchandise that has been purchased from our web site(s).

Products must be in the original packaging and must be placed inside a protective cardboard box, just as they were shipped to you. Do not write on the packing of the product. Any packages sent to us wrapped in paper or plastic and not in an outer protective cardboard box are refused at the dock. Please do not send items back to us in this manner.

Refunds will be issued for the amount of the product only. Shipping costs are NOT refundable

 Please include the following information with your return:
         
1. Transaction number (customer ID number)
2. The first and last name of the person on your receipt.
3. Whether you want a refund or an exchange
4. If you want an exchange, please provide the name of product and its order number.

5. Please include any other information you wish to include but please be brief and specific.
 

 

Please attain a tracking number (ex. Deliver Confirmation) from the carrier when you send the return to us. We will NOT be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

REFUNDS will be posted within 10 business days of the date of the confirmation e-mail you received. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post the credit to your statement. This is beyond our control. We will post the credit in the time period we promised, provided instructions have been followed and we are able to cross reference your return to your order.

IF YOU RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING and you are returning your order, you will not receive a full refund. We will credit the price of the item minus the actual shipping.

EXCHANGES will be shipped within 5 business days. All notifications regarding returns will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied with your original order. We are unable to add new e-mail addresses once your order has been placed and processed. This is a security measure.
